Sweat & Tonic Yoga Flow & Fusion style is the first and only in Australia. We cover everything you need to deliver our amazing classes, safely transferring in the heat and being able to deliver far more than you thought possible. Instructors will be given all the tools to facilitate a safe, engaging and effective Yoga and/or Fusion style classes. Our classes not only enable you to teach yoga to the majority of people but also ensures special focus on alignment and functional movement, along with your already learned understandings of the evolution of the human body. This is not just another yoga studio, it is a place where you will be supported, challenged, engaged and respected in each aspect of your journey. In our one-of-a-kind workshops you will go deep into our methodology of our yoga and fusion styles including speciality classes such as Barre and Tabata style formats. We will help you facilitate safe and effective classes in any of our yoga studios that will be worldwide, allowing you to pursue your real teaching passion and stand out by staying true to a proven method of incredible results. Above all this you will join an A-Team of passionate instructors all of which will encourage continuous learning, networking and new opportunities as we grow our franchise network across Australia and globally.
